Although Dr. Gordon P. Marshall is well-versed in a broad range of orthopaedic treatments and procedures, surgical correction of degenerative cervical and lumbar conditions of the spine is his true forte. Dr. Marshall is a highly trained skilled surgeon with extensive experience in leading-edge surgical techniques, including those learned while training in Paris with some of Europe's top spine experts. He also has considerable experience in hip and knee surgery, including ligament reconstruction, cartilage cell transplants, and total joint replacements.

In addition to his medical qualifications, Dr. Marshall is also a firm believer that listening plays a key role in successful diagnosis and treatment. By paying careful attention to the patient's history, as well as his or her goals for the future, Dr. Marshall is better able to pinpoint the root of the problem and recommend the most appropriate course of action.

Dr. Marshall is a graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine and served his residency at Ochsner Foundation Hospital in New Orleans. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a member of the Travis County Medical Society and the Texas Orthopaedic Association.
